Becky’s Country Bumpkin Brownies Recipe

#406

Everyone likes brownies so I wanted to find a recipe that is homemade from scratch. I always look for a recipe with as few ingredients as possible. I think keeping it simple always tastes better, and is easier to prepare. I also like this recipe because it calls for quite a few eggs and we like to use our fresh eggs in our cooking. We have never been disappointed when we make these brownies, everyone loves them!!

1 1/2 Cup Coco
1 1/2 Cup Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
3 Cups Sugar
6 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
12oz Melted Butter

Mix eggs & vanilla on medium speed. Add sugar slowly. Whip 10 minutes.

On slow mix in butter.

Sift flour & coco & salt. Add on slow.

Bake 10 minutes on 350°.

Cooking good, healthy, tasty food is important on my homestead. We love to be active, so eating a healthy diet of fresh, chemical free food is our daily concern. We put quite a bit of time in growing, buying and cooking our food, and we love to share with our friends and family.
