For breakfast I have a fruit smoothie, and have a hard boiled egg with that.
For lunch I have a kale salad with a little broccoli slaw mix on top, I add some ham or tuna, and have salad dressing that doesn’t contain soybean oil.
For dinner I have curried rice, steamed broccoli, and some fish. Wild caught salmon and/or some flounder.
