There is a very specific sweet spot where the saddle fits on the horse. You can’t make that bigger no matter how much you want to. So if you and your saddle don’t fit there you don’t fit the horse.
If you weigh 150lbs but don’t fit the sweet spot your horse will be uncomfortable.
If you weigh 250lbs but fit the sweet spot your horse will be comfortable.
So if your saddle doesn’t fit in the skeletal sweet spot and you don’t fit in that saddle then you don’t fit that horse.
There is no grey in saddle fit, its black and white.
People fall in love with a horse and try to make it fit but if it doesn’t fit it doesn’t fit.
