When you read labels on processed food you can see just how many artificial ingredients they contain. Real food is simple, it doesn’t take a paragraph of ingredients to make cheese.
It does not take a lot of time to get a brick of cheese and some crackers that actually have fiber in them, and give it to your kids. Making lunch time meals is not hard, it’s just that the modern rat race consumer culture has convinced most everyone that making real food is “too hard”. The truth is making real food is easy and less expensive. You can do better, you deserve it, and your kids deserve it.
